"Honest" Rated USB Battery?
Looking at some they boast a milliamp hour capacity that is just plain dishonest. Is there a "preferred" brand?

I have had good luck with the ROMOSS brand.
You can buy a generic 2 18650 cell battery bank on eBay for a couple of bucks. Then buy Panasonic cells.
