How about Adobe Illustrator alternatives for mac

My old mac is dying and my old Adobe Illustrator along with it. Being retired and no access to this expensive program what is out there that is free (open source) or reasonable to do vector illustrati...

1492, thanks for the info. Gotta look into that and find out what files it can open and what choices there is for saving files, SVG, eps, etc.
