I had reinstalled the OS recently and have been receiving updates from Microsoft, up to a certain point. I'm pretty sure the removal tool was included in one of the updates. I know I can't expect much help in the future from MS. BTW,this isn't my primary PC. I also own a newer PC running Win8.1 - wingsfan20ExplorerI do not think Micro soft is supporting XP any more.
