I have both a Kingston and a Seagate and they both work great.

Yup!
From the Seagate manual:
You can connect up to eight devices to the Seagate Wireless Plus, and you can stream to up to five devices at the same time.
From the Kingston data sheet:
The content can be shared by three people so you are no longer limited to the space available on your portable device.
It looks like the Kingston won't work for the OP since he wants 4 tablets to be able to stream but the Seagate would do it.
My guess is that any of these drives would have a hard time delivering HD video to 4 devices at once. I doubt the travel routers that others have linked to in this thread would fare any better.
