How to stream multiple DVDs to multiple tablets in motorhome

i stick to what i said, i hope the kids enjoy it

thats way too low a compression rate for me to be able to enjoy watching it

have you played any of that back, and watched it ?

dark areas are going to be blocky
and action scenes really pixelated

if i compressed that much, i would reduce the frame rate to 15 fps
so there would be twice as much data per frame ( at that rate ) for a much cleaner video picture
