html help..

I have a bit of html code that displays a set of URLs in sequence continuously with a 30 delay between each.

(I didn't write it, I found the code ), now I want to have that to appear in a window while the main window displays the local temperature, i.e., a window within the main browser window. I hope that makes sense.
This whole thing is a weather watch.
