I regret purchasing a Winegard Trav'ler for Dish Network

I just received a reply from Winegard to my periodic inquiry about EA support....

"The SK-1000 will not work on the eastern arc and we do not have any plans to update it to do so."

In other words "stuff it". I'll keep asking but I wonder whether I'm the only one
