Ordered some stuff for the camper and thought ordering from CW was no big deal.. really wish I had clicked through this forum first. Items are still "processing" and I have no hope of receiving them ...

Yup, that's been the overwhelming scenario as of late. We stopped ordering from CW about a year or two ago, although we would like to give them some business as they do sponsor this forum we heartily enjoy. We do on occasion shop at the CW locally.
Never had any issues with our orders arriving in a timely manner, rather their prices and over the top shipping costs is the main reason we shop elsewhere. Recently they have had their share of issues with fulfilling online orders, hopefully it will be resolved soon. Sorry to hear of your dilemma.
