In reality will it work - probably not. Due to the low bandwidth at most RV places it will probably work between midnight and 6:00AM when most people are in bed. And in every RV campground you will have different results.

So it will work, but only when I don't need it. I was afraid that would be one of the answers I got. :)
How's about if I leave a smart phone in the RV and set it up as a hot spot? I couldn't afford to have the hot spot going all the time, but perhaps there is a way to remotely switch it off and on. Thinking out loud here.
