I'm shopping for IP cameras and I have questions.

Is it possible to use the wifi at a campground to enable the viewing of an IP camera in my RV while away from the RV park? In other words, if I'm at a McDonalds 10 miles away from the park, can I go o...

Will someone be kind enough to explain to me how you would remotely access the campground wifi with it having a static IP address?

I know there are ways to get around this issue i.e. port forwarding and websites that simulate static addresses, but I can't for the life of me see how you could do it on somebody's wifi.
