Do you have a paid account with ImageShack? They haven't allowed direct linking of photos on free accounts for some time, though you could extract the URL to do so. However, could easily be detected by their servers and blocked. You can only reference the photo on their landing page with a free account.
Tinypic hosted photos are only available for 3 months of inactivity before they are removed. IMGUR keeps photos for 6 months before being removed for inactivity. Just one view within the time period resets the time allowance, so photos could be hosted indefinitely.
