Hi,
An omnidirectional hi gain "truckers" antenna may help. If the current version of the wilson's sleek has an external antenna input I'd start with it.
It won't be cheap to do this and you may end up disappointed by the results.
One of the issues is that the old CDMA technology allowed up to ten towers to "share" the signal. GSM does not do this. But the tower networks were put in place first--so fringe areas may nearly always have poor service.
By the very nature of RV'ing we go to the edge.
If there is no signal to boost then the technology can not work to assist us.
