You have a
managed plan, not a throttled plan. Yes, you have unlimited data, but when the tower is congested, the post-paid users have higher priority and your speed will be reduced first.
Throttling refers to what happens when you exceed a data cap for high speed. When you exceed the cap on a data cap plan, your data may remain unlimited, but speed is reduced until your monthly period ends.
