Internet Explorer Jumps Back Pages By itself

I started having a weird problem. IE 9 will jump back pages when I use my touch pad and swipe to the left. The strangest part is it only does this when I have the power cord plugged in.

I ran my anti virus and malware and it still is occuring.

Any ideals?
