If the only reason you need hi speed is for Netflix I have a suggestion. When you have WiFi available you can download movies to your phone to your tablet or to a computer for later viewing. Then when you want to watch a movie or show all you would have to do is make sure you are logged on to your Netflix account so that your Netflix app on your device will allow you to watch your program straight from the device instead of streaming directly from Netflix.
