Campgrounds have fast service until all the campers get on a video site and start streaming movies and uploading/downloading 10 mega pixel pictures from their day's frolic. Then speed slows down considerably. In rural areas even the cell wifi speed will slow down as 100's of personal devices are streaming large amounts of data through that one cell tower that gets overwhelmed.
