iPad mini 2 0r 4
my wife would like a new tablet. have looked at Samsung, but also the iPad mini. there are two models the 2 and 4. the 4 is a little faster. any thoughts

We are both on our second iPads.
The first generation pad is six years old and stuck in the past. It can't run the latest apps or update the old ones. It's still a great reader and video player, web surfer but that's about it. The cat uses it the most, she loved the aquarium app.
I learned from my first one and jumped to the fully loaded iPad Air, no regrets.
