iPad mini 2 0r 4
my wife would like a new tablet. have looked at Samsung, but also the iPad mini. there are two models the 2 and 4. the 4 is a little faster. any thoughts

After putting up with Apple's I know best attitude my next tablet will be a Samsung. Best feature is that you can add storage via flash drive. Second best, keyboard that has both letters and numbers at the same time. Third, the OS actually improves over time.
