iPad mini 2 0r 4
my wife would like a new tablet. have looked at Samsung, but also the iPad mini. there are two models the 2 and 4. the 4 is a little faster. any thoughts

Get the Samsung. Android doesn't penalized you for having an older device when new and upgraded apps come out. I have what is now an older Galaxy Tab 4. No trouble running new and updated apps.
