iPad mini 2 0r 4
my wife would like a new tablet. have looked at Samsung, but also the iPad mini. there are two models the 2 and 4. the 4 is a little faster. any thoughts

the mini 1 doesn't get iOS 10. The mini 2 probably isn't far behind.
