iPad mini 2 0r 4
my wife would like a new tablet. have looked at Samsung, but also the iPad mini. there are two models the 2 and 4. the 4 is a little faster. any thoughts

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 here. Have the WiFI only version and it has a GPS chip (unlike all iPad WiFi models). Went through an iPad phase but am very happy now. iOS is too restrictive, and locked down. Android can be completely customized and does what you want.
