I have the older I phone so I cannot comment on the finger reader but can tell you this.. Mine is 1 year old and I LOVE IT.. traded up from the Samsung Galaxy . I too have Verizon and my phone does not skip a beat.. As far as APPS - MyRadar..Newsstand..Fox29news..6abc.( for us bucks guys) gameCenterNHL..NFLMobile..FW Sites (Disney)..A freelevel..loves..MyPilot..SkiReport..Woodalls..GasCubby..the weatherchannel..cnn..waze...gs camper..noaa free.. tide data free..102.9wmgk ( love that music..I could go on forever... and all those stated were free...
