Anyone that believes they have a contract that does NOT throttle back......I have a bridge for sale. :B
And it's not the towers. They routinely throttle back during peak times and on weekends.
When you are parked in one spot and you think it's slow because of a tower or lack thereof? Set your alarm for 3 in the morning parked in the same spot and sit back and watch the warp speed you get! :W
