I think it all depends on which Winegard Batwing you want to replace and how old it is! In my case, I'm sure a new, latest model, Winegard Sensor III, would have given me as much improvement at the new Jack did, if not better. In my case, replacing a 19 year old Batwing with the new Jack gave me stations that I could not receive with the old Winegard. And the new Jack does not vibrate on the roof either. So I'm happy with the Jack.
