What you want is a multi-platform office suite
The Spreadsheets make very good lists.
Now both Apache Open Office (For most laptop and other computer platforms) and Polaris Office (For Android) support most Microsoft office formats such as .XLS (Excell Spread Sheets)
I used Open office along with several people who were Microsoft office users.
I have several lists I usually maintain on my Android, then transfer to my Windows box by using xls file format for the data. Works great.
