Magic Jack Phone

we used a Magic Jack with our apple laptop and the Verizon MiHi . This worked very well, even in the Ozark's, and back hills to Tenn.. In my personal estimation the MJ is worth every penn of its $20 price.

Well I did the Live Chat yesterday and they helped me change a setting in the router and it works fine now. It will be interesting to see how it works out. I am using at my daughters house as a back up to her cell phone (which she forgets to charge).....

You can try contacting MagicJack at 561-594-9787, a number that is reportedly for non-billing related questions, but no guaranty you'll get through to tech support.

I am absolutely positive that I called and spoke to tech support when I got the original MJ about 2 years ago. It's possible that when I contacted support regarding the MJ+ that was by chat but I'm about 75% sure it was by phone.

I looked on their website today and see that they do not have a telephone number listed.

I don't believe MagicJack has or ever has had phone technical support. It's either by chat, or by various tech forums.

I got the Magic Jack Plus working here at my house with and without the computer.and it works GREAT. However I can not get it to work at my daughters without a computer... I am working on it...

Thanks so much for the responses. I installed the Magic Jack at my daughters. It seems to work fine she has high speed cable internet. We did it to save her some $$$$ and are happy we did...
