Marcus, I need the 2nd shipping label for an order return

Marcus, I was working with Rudy (CW CSR) about returning a two-box order. On May 27th, the CSR Team sent me a single shipping label via email.

On May 28th, I sent Rudy an email asking for a second shipping label for the second box but never received a response.

On Monday, June 8th, I forwarded that email chain to your email via this forum.

Marcus, can I get some assistance with this return? CW hasn't refunded the previous return as yet so I assume that they are waiting for the second box (the vent cover) to be returned prior to processing the refund.

  • Mark, I need you to get involved in this again. When you responded to my first request (OP #1), I had the shipping label delivered via email within 24 hours from the Camping World Call Center. It seems the other CW customer service team members that I've been emailing back and forth think the shipping label is supposed to be sent to me by UPS.

    I now have a series of six emails dating from 5/26/2015 trying to get the second UPS shipping label so that I can send the second box of the two-box order BACK to CW.

    CW has received the first return (single box) at the Franklin, KY facility on 6/3/2015 at 10:17 AM. No refund has been processed for this return so I'm "assuming" that they are awaiting the second box from this shipment to be returned prior to processing the total refund of $254.40.

    If you need me to forward my contact and account information again via email, please let me know.

  • To update this thread, I've heard nothing more from CW on this topic. I'll start the process of calling daily and sitting on hold to talk to a CSR.

    Will update this thread when I learn more.
