DISPUTE the charge on your CC and get on with your life.
I would have to agree with the OP on this one. At some point, you just get tired of repeating the same story so many times. It's in the system. For crying out loud, let CW (Marcus) make the extra effort to look it up instead of asking the customer to jump through yet another hoop.
