The OP didn't reject the offer of help. After talking to at least 2 (probably more) customer service people, the OP (quite understandably) didn't want to go thru it again with Marcus. And he shouldn't have to. Instead of asking for the details, Marcus should have contacted his team and got the details from them. And fixed the problem immediately.
