The mistakes in any part of the business are my responsibility. I take them seriously. It's my job to make them right regardless of what it takes. The only reason I ask for direct email is because it allows me to get to the bottom of it much more rapidly and communicate back quicker.

Good response Marcus. I have had nothing but good service from your company both mail order and in numerous retail locations and don't mind saying it.
Some people would ***** if they were hung with a new rope.
Thanks for your attention to this forum and anyone that has never been through computer upgrades just doesn't understand and obviously never will.
