Well I for one will not allow McAfee on my systems... I have my reasons for not suporting either the man himself, OR the Company as both are criminal at least in my opinion.. NOTE: When I first decided against the company I did not know about the man's criminal acts. ONLY THE COMNPANY's!!!
On my comnputers.. I'm willing to use Reg-Edit and that's how I did it.
But teh GOOGLE advice is generally good.
Since the company that sold the computer installed the Criminal's program, they should remove it no charge.. My opinion of course.

"Seeding the market" Yup, hired a programme to write viruses, and anti-viruses, so they could be ahead of the comnetition when their virus programs hit the web.
They are a virus distribution company.
