This error just multiplies itself.This is with windows 10 & 64 bit
toshiba computer and Edge / Internet explorer.
When using Google Crome, all seems to be ok.

I would highly recommend you scan your PC for MALWARE especially if this message keeps coming back.

Also clean (IE EMPTY/DELETE) ALL of your browser cache/cookies since those are often used for persistent stuff like malware.

As a general rule NEVER EVER give anyone or any software prompts login in info of your PC nor any credit card numbers. Any unsolicited requests ARE phishing attempts and or scam/spam attempts to part you from your money or personal information and ID.

Microsoft also will not contact you via messaging or phone calls.

IRS will not contact you via phone or email, they only contact via snail mail.

FBI will not contact you via phone or email, they only contact via snail mail (unless they personally visit you with real badges).

Microsoft, IRS and FBI scams are really high..
