i used the tracking number on the pkg to find the shipping info
Fedex is a big joke
the received the pickup info Sept 4 friday
but did not pickup the pkg until wed the 9th, 5 days after receiving the pickup order
it then went overnight to memphis tn, and then overnight to LA
it was local on Friday morning, but NOT delivered until today.. 11 days after the order, and i had no info to go on until after the pkg arrived
i don't blame Huntsville school, i Blame Fedex
you think they had no pkg deliveries or pickups in the area for friday the 4th sat mon or tues.. does not seem likely
BUT who do I blame for not sending me the shipping info
the school system or FedEx ?
not that it changes anything when you assign the blame, it eases my conscious to blame the right enity
