The increase was NOT perpetuated by Millenicom, but by Verizon. It is still Waaaay cheaper than paying Verizon for the same 20GB and their customer service is waaaay better than dealing with Verizon. The reason you did not get any notice was that Verizon gave them no notice and basically told them if they did not like it, they would terminate their contract. Put the blame where it is due, NOT on an outstanding company, with an excellent reputation.
