Does cable or Sat tv tell you months in advance there will be a price increase ?
Do oil companies tell you buy gas tonight, tomorrow it goes up
Yes it went up $20 , are you going to do without internet ?
Are you going to go to another vendor and spend even more money per month
If you knew in advance (which many people did) that it was going to go up
Would you have said forget about it I don't want need internet ?
They advertised the then current price, it could have gone up the day after you signed up for service, it didn't..
In that case even I would be upset..But the situation would still be the same..still the cheapest service available
The only thing I think of that this affects was advance planning of the budget of what to do with that $20 extra expense/savings
And yes I'm on a fixed income, retired on SS
And my phone and internet cost us approx $125 a month, no cable tv, no Sat tv
