Keep in mind that the channel number displayed on the TV set most likely is not the same as the RF channel being received. The OP doesn't say what city he is near, but if you go to
AntennaPoint you will see that the Pittsburgh CW station WPCW channel 19 actually broadcasts on RF channel 11. One might think because the TV says channel 19 that it is UHF, but in fact it is VHF.
If the antenna will be installed at a fixed location and you know for sure that there are no VHF stations or you have no interest in any of the VHF stations, a UHF antenna will work fine.
If the antenna is for an RV, a dual band VHF/UHF such as the Winegard Sensar with the Wingman would be the better choice.
