Network signal info, this is a free Android app.
You open it it shows an expanded bars display (either Wi-Fi or "Mobile" or both) and a text page of info and a graph of historic signal strength..
NOTE: IT MUST LOG INTO A TOWER FOR INFO.
In most areas you can click on the map and it will show you where the tower is, and draw a line from you to it. NOTE Some towers are not where they claim to be, but they will be close
Once you have the general direction, this app may be able to help you Fine tune as well. (Back on the opening page)
