The previous owner was Michael Dell and he had it sitting on the shelf and never used it. :) :)
I just let it go on it own over night and this morning it had recovered with a message that it performed Windows 10 updates. Seems to me it should inform the new owner as to what is in progress as opposed to a black screen with a mouse pointer.
