New trip planner and Firefox
Has anyone been able to get on to the new trip planner with firefox. I can get there with Safari but firefox is a no-go.

- Thanks! I did not know that there was a trip planner. I use several so I will check it out further. I do use Firefox and I was able to log in and plan a quick 2 point trip just to see if I could. No problem and I have Ghostery and Ad-Block running on 23.0.1.
- A banner comes up that says the website is not re-directing properly and it could be because I am not accepting cooking, but I checked and my browser is set to accept.
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies. - Works for me on Chrome but not FF, either. Something in FF. I tried with all addons disabled and still no love.

This is being caused by a cookie issue.
You need to have the randmcnally.auth cookie, or will receive the not able to re-direct message in Firefox. Check to make sure you have these cookies?
If you do have them, then it could be caused by corrupt cookies. Clear out Firefox cache and cookies. Then log into GS Trip Planner once again. If the page takes too long to load, press the F5 key to reload the page in a PC. Command+R for MAC.- 1492
