New Winegard Carryout -- switch test failures...

THe 'marine layer' should not affect it, just thunder/rain storms.
Possibley the wind blew palm tree a differnt direction for a while.
I'm not sure the answer as I disconnect mine each night, so it rescans each day,
May be losing the signal as the receiver shuts shown each night, not sure.
