A marine layer is a fog that is full of water and can be as bad or worse than a rainy day and very similar to the effects of morning dew (the worst for a dome). As long as you still have the SW64 switch set in the receiver don't do any more check switch routines and wait for the marine layer to clear to see how things go when the sun comes out. Keep the dome as dry as possible (if that's possible at all) for best reception.
