New Winegard Carryout -- switch test failures...

Thanks, Folks...I'll do some more reseaerch re: the outputs. Also glad to know the marine layer might be the culprit. We also get very heavy dew here. You can see it condensing on vehicles at dusk. And it's been uncharacteristically humid the last several days...all day. I'll try wiping the dome down too.
