A battery in FULL DISCHARGE can freeze at 30 Degrees. And hooking a charger to it can cause bad things to happen.
HOWEVER a battery at full charge is good to Somewhere south of -40
ALso the voltage need to charge and float is temperature dependent.
HOWEVER .. without research I do not recall if it goes UP or DOWN as heat rises.. And I don't feel like the research just now.
