The NOCO G7200 is a very good 7.2 amp battery charger.
I have been using one for three years on an AGM battery I use as a backup to my security system.
Sorry I can not address the 30 degree application.
Mine is used in Arizona and has worked in 110 degree F.
The main reason I went with the NOCO G7200 it will return to whatever setting you have set the charger to after a power interruption.
Many battery chargers will not even restart after a power interruption let alone return to the setting prior to the power interruption.
The NOCO G7200 can be used on conventional wet cell lead batteries, AGM and lithium batteries.
