Excuse me. I understand the responses. Somehow I cut part of the post.
I am familiar with this. I really didn't want any alternate recommendations. I may go with Microsoft eventually, but 360 was also free for a month and included some other software.
My goal was to ask if others have had similar experience or if I should look elsewhere for the problem.
