- ReedgaExplorerI have had a Park It 360 for 4 years now and use it to move our 7500 lbs. Jayco 26 RKS Trailer. We have the 2 HP Bosch motor in our unit with the brake control.
Our TT parking area is on the south side of our drive which is 140 feet deep. When we return home from a trip I just pull straight in the drive up to within 25 ft of our garage. I unhitch the trailer, move the truck into the garage, connect the Park It 360 and pull the TT into the final parking position. Now the trailer in in a position where no one could steal it as the hitch is close to the garage where no vehicle could connect on and the TT doors are now facing the center of the drive way and house for easy unloading and loading.
When we are ready to travel again and the TT is loaded, I connect the Park It 360 push the trailer back about 50 feet and connect up the truck.
We love our Park It 360. Would definitely purchase another one if I had need be.
Gary Reed - sbowman871ExplorerI forgot I posted this back in October. I did go ahead with the 360 XL. I have used it about 5 times so far this spring. Works very well on my asphalt and concrete surface. So far, I am well pleased with it.
- West_Coast_CanuExplorerI just bought the 360 L for my 5000 lb TT, I have to move it on gravel andvitworked very well. Do far, very happy with the purchase.

- KAMP-N-HEADExplorerMy zero turn is how I moved the boat around before. It would tip up if not careful and I always worried about breaking it. It also spun tires in wet grass. I know for a fact it will not move my TT and the tongue weight is just way too much for it. Again, you show your ignorace thinking a lawn mower/ lawn tractor will move a TT. Maybe it would move it if you could keep it from tilting up.
- YardvarkersExplorerYeah. Like Gdetrailer said.
- Glendale_290ExplorerWhen we bought our 32 ft. Solaire trailer last May we knew that we were going to be challenged to be able to back it in and have it sitting straight in the driveway. The driveway is only 45 feet deep and the street is narrow with drainage ditches on both sides of the road and our tow vehicle is an F150 crew cab .....total length of truck and trailer is 52 feet. I live about an hour and a half from Carleton Place Ontario where the Park it 360 is made. Took the time to book an appointment to go see them and meet the actual people that make the units. I was very impressed to say the least. Well designed, simple construction, easy to maintain and they are committed to customer satisfaction....took it home and it works great! We have a paved driveway with a slight incline, trailer hitch weight is 950 lbs and the unit weight is around 7200 with cargo. We have the XL model with the 1.5hp bosch motor and use the trailer's battery to power it. The neighbours flock over to watch me put it in the driveway from the edge of the street. It's not cheap, but we figured it was cheaper then selling our house and paying $20k in legal and real estate fees!

I just bought one used for much less and it has moved my 3,000 pound single axle boat in and out of my RV Barn with gravel base and in the grass. I have some grade on my property it has to tackle and it has no trouble. It just dose not like the wet grass with the turf tires. It will spin the tires. Need to get the nobbie tires. Also, don't put full air pressure in the tires and that will help. It helps me to get both my Travel Trailer and my boat in a Barn I built just for the trailer. Like others, I could get it in with TV, but had to unhitch and rehitch to get the angles right. With the dolly, just put it in. Don't need fast in tight places anyway. Put it on the TV for fast. The motor is quite powerful. It is a simple atv winch motor, so if you burn it up, it cost $79.00 at local or Internet store. Tires on Internet are $65.00 a pair and you can buy a hitch ball for $10.00 at auto parts store and weld your own 3 bumps on it. So ranting on the price of add ons shows your ignorance or lack of mechanical aptitude. These dolly's have been built for the mechanically inclined to repair easily.
Have not used it on my TT yet, but will in February. I should move it just fine. I'll try to remember to post the results.
Thanks Kamp-N-Head. This was the kind of constructive feedback I was looking for. - KAMP-N-HEADExplorerI just bought one used for much less and it has moved my 3,000 pound single axle boat in and out of my RV Barn with gravel base and in the grass. The path to my backyard is narrow between the house and the fence. While it is possible to back my trailer in, this has eliminated me having to rely on the wife to help direct, thus resulting in less arguments. Also, I am able to also put the boat in the backyard next to the camper - that would be impossible to do with just the TV. I used to have to pull the boat to the street and unhitch, then pull the trailer to the street and unhitch, then hitch up the boat and put it back in the side yard, then hitch up the trailer again before we could go on a trip. When we got home, I would have to do all this in reverse.
