We have a similar setup. Have four laptops to connect via wifi to the printer. All work and print. When we get a new laptop, everything has been seamless. Just look for the printer on the new machine and we're in business. . . UNTIL, DH got his new Windows10 laptop. It will not connect . . . period. We have tried EVERYTHING we know to do. . . it will not connect. Every other laptop connects and prints but the Win10 will not. He even tried connecting directly via cable to the printer, no go. So we took the small printer out of our little motorhome that sits in storage and put it next to his station. He connects directly and can print. We still want to figure out the other, but for now, he is back in business. Searching the net indicates that it's a Win10 problem.
