iPhone 5S and Co-Pilot works for us and I did not throw away my Atlas
BUT neither replaces talking to locals and visiting forums, Google, to ask questions about the BEST or MOST SCENIC route.

Anybody can take the interstate but knowing about the "Old River Road" etc. can only be found by accident or talking to people or reading.
