I am Old School and I do not like for any of it to be on when I close down.
So I searched and found a free link to put a Close Button on the bar.
Now it closes and cuts off completely.
I notice that it keeps the junk files and Old restore points cleaner.
I am still using the older versions of Office without a problem.
Sleep, hybrid sleep, hibernate, power off all configurable from Power Options. No need to search for a Close button to put on the Task Bar.
