Outlook -- Storing all data on local PC not in Cloud ???

This "Old Dog" is trying it learn new tricks -- that is MS Outlook. I have been watching how-to video on the web, but I still have a question. I am thinking about changing from Thunderbird to Outlook...

To migrate contacts without hitting the cloud, look for import/export functions in Thunderbird and Outlook. There's many formats, but .csv may be the simplest, and could also work from your Access DB.
